1. How long does it take for my item(s) to ship out?

When choosing UPS Ground, your item usually ships in 1 to 3 business days after your online order is complete. Most orders usually ship within 24 hours, although this is not a guarantee.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders that have been placed choosing UPS Next Day Air (any type), UPS 2nd Day air (any type), or UPS 3 Day Select BEFORE 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Standard Time (PST - San Diego, CA) between Monday through Friday will ship out on the same business day. Please contact us if you have any questions.

2. When will I get my item(s)? What are the shipping transit times for UPS Ground?

If you chose UPS Ground as your shipping method, please take a look at the following map to get an estimate of how long it will take for your item(s) to arrive via UPS Ground (once they've been shipped). You will receive an E-mail with the UPS tracking number as soon as your items have been shipped.

3. What payment methods are accepted through the online store?

You may pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Paypal

4. What shipping methods are offered?

Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. Some items have fixed shipping costs and may be shipped with our speciality carrier called DB Schenker.

 

If you prefer to use some other method (FedEx or USPS) or your own shipping account number, please contact us and we'll make the necessary adjustments after you have placed your order.

5. I am an international customer, but want to buy online, can I place an order?

MK Digital Direct sells it's products worldwide, and all international customers (outside of the USA) can place orders online (as long as they have PayPal accounts, and are verified users with a confirmed shipping address), yet their orders may not (in most cases) be completed online through our website for the following reasons:

  • Our online store only calculates shipping costs via UPS (which is usually very expensive outside the USA), yet we ship most international orders via DB Schenker which is much more affordable than UPS and takes better care of our products during transit.
  • Our company does not accept credit card payments from customers outside the USA - we only accept PayPal (Verified users with confirmed shipping address only) and direct Wire Transfers (Bank deposits). Therefore, all orders placed online with a credit card  (rather than PayPal) will not be shipped, and your money will be refunded directly to your credit card.

 

Therefore, please contact us and provide us with the products you are interested in and your COMPLETE shipping address. We will then contact you back with a shipping quote and you may then place your order directly with us (over the phone or by email). Otherwise, you may do the following:

  1. Place your order online (paying regular UPS Ground shipping for the USA). Note: You MUST pay via PayPal ONLY.
  2. Contact us to get the real shipping price to your country.
  3. Pay the difference in shipping charges (over the phone or through PayPal).

Only customers from California, USA will be charged a 8.75% sales tax.
