If you need to return an item, contact us to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). Once we've provided you that number, then simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If we are going to pay for the return shipping, then we'll have to setup up a "Pick up" so that UPS can pick up the item that you want to return. Otherwise, please pack the item very well (in original packaging) and send it back to us (Find our address here).
NOTE: Make sure you insure the package you are returning, otherwise if items come back broken we cannot issue a refund.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
