Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us first and then fill out this online form to obtain an  RMA (return authorization number) by E-mail which will include instructions of what you'll need to do next. Be sure to select "RMA - Return Authorization" under the "Support Type" on this form.


Once we've provided you that number (by Email), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, or simply follow the instructions on th E-mail you received.


If we are going to pay for the return shipping, then we'll have to setup up a "Pick up" so that UPS can pick up the item that you want to return. Otherwise, please pack the item very well (in original packaging) and send it back to us (Find our address here).  


NOTE: Make sure you insure the package you are returning, otherwise if items come back broken we cannot issue a refund.


We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
